Product Overview

ABB 07KT97 is a high-performance multi-functional electronic time relay, belonging to the ABB 07K series timer product line. This relay offers 8 selectable time functions (such as power-on delay, power-off delay, star-delta start, pulse output, etc.), which can be easily set through the front panel dip switch or knob. It is suitable for various industrial scenarios that require precise timing control.

Installation and Usage instructions
Mechanical installation
Insert into the standard DIN rail and ensure the lock is in place.
It is recommended to reserve 10 mm of heat dissipation space on both sides.
Electrical wiring
A1/A2 is connected to the power supply (24-240 V AC/DC, polarity independent);
Output terminals: 13/14 (normally open), 11/12 (public), 11/14 (normally closed);
The control signal is connected to A1 or a dedicated trigger terminal (depending on the functional mode).
Function Settings
Use the dip switch to select the desired time function (refer to the panel illustration);
Rotate the time knob to set the delay value (pay attention to the range position);
After power-on, the LED lights up and the output operates according to the set logic.
Maintenance tip
Regularly check whether the contacts are eroded (for highly inductive loads, it is recommended to install a surge suppressor).
Avoid installing near strong magnetic fields or high-frequency interference sources.
